and we’ve got one to help you better balance your mood.

Join our group to gain skills that you can put into action immediately to care for your brain, body and relationships to bring more balance and regulation to your life.

This group is for any adult who could use more skills and especially those dealing with stress, depression, mood disorders, burnout and anxiety.

The group provides skills in addition to a safe space to share your stress in a judgement free environment. Educate, empower, and enrich yourself with the support of this group. It is ongoing, so you can jump in whenever you are ready.
