Individual and Family Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy can provide healing in an environment that promotes connection with others.The groups vary by interest and availability of therapists. 

In the past we have offered: 

  • Mindfulness based cognitive therapy groups for adults

  • Mindfulness based cognitive therapy groups for anxious children 

  • Mindful self-compassion groups for women 

  • Process groups for anxious and depressed teens 

  • Porn addiction groups for adults

Intensives

Based on interest, we offer weekend intensives, which allow clients to go deeper in their healing journey for grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
