Alex Hunt

Alex is passionate about creating a safe space for clients to be deeply known and accepted.  In that safety, clients are able to explore some of the root causes of their pain and find healing in telling their story.  Alex sees it as the greatest honor to walk alongside her clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. As a parent of a special needs child, she is intimately acquainted with long-suffering, unmet expectations, and interrupted life plans. By building a safe connection with her clients, she uses person-centered, attachment-based skills to help cultivate the resilience to meet the challenges of life with deep joy and peace.
