Sara Seto

Sara Seto is our intern completing a Masters in Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. Sara is passionate about walking with individuals through hardship and difficult life experiences to help them find peace through healing. Using client-centered approaches, Sara believes people gain self-compassion and acceptance by curiously looking at their individual story and working toward a sobriety of mind to increase whole-body engagement. Sara desires to help individuals meet life's realities by focusing on attachment systems created in individuals' families of origin. Sara hopes to work with clients who are navigating relationship issues, family of origin issues, anxiety, grief, betrayal, and trauma.

Sara enjoys working with a variety of clients including children and senior adults.
