Jasmine Sullivan
Jasmine has a passion for helping others embrace and nurture their inner selves. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them recognize their strengths and learn new skills. While walking alongside her clients, Jasmine feels honored to assist while they overcome their challenges, fears, and self-doubts.
Her approach to therapy centers around an authentic provider-client partnership. Clinically, she works from a culturally aware, mind-body, and evidence based perspective to best engage with her client in meaningful and creative ways. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults who are having challenging emotional experiences like depression, anxiety, grief, and shame. For her clients, these feelings are often linked to trauma, navigating life changes, relationships with family/friends/significant others, body-image, mild disordered eating, grief, and animal related issues. Clinically, she primarily incorporates CBT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Animal Assisted Interventions, and yoga.
