Embracing Ourselves: A Women’s Retreat for Self-Compassion and Possibilities
Join us for a 2-hour retreat designed to nurture and uplift. Iyengar yoga instructor Karla Ingram will guide us in gentle, accessible yoga, helping us reconnect with our bodies exactly as they are. Self-Compassion Meditation teacher and psychologist Dr. Amy Balentine will show us how to embrace ourselves with kindness and expand our circle of compassion to include ourselves. Through reflective discussion and a compassionate body scan meditation, you’ll be supported in accepting your inherent worth. We’ll close with deep listening, sharing insights in a space of acceptance and connection. Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a fresh start, this afternoon offers a chance to honor yourself and your community with your presence. You are enough, just as you are. And there are more possibilities for you than you realize.

Do I bring my own yoga equipment?
We have yoga mats, blankets and meditation cushions, but feel free to bring your own. Do bring your own water bottle.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes for yoga.
What is your refund policy?
You will be fully refunded if you contact us 24 hours in advance. In the case of illness, you will be fully refunded if you contact us by 10 am the day of the event.
